DuraHold Rug Pads Area Rug Pad for hard floor surfaces. Durahold rug pad can increase the life of your area rug. Durahold has a needle-punched construction, made with synthetic materials. The padding has a natural rubber backing that grips hard floor surfaces. The Heat-set ridges on the top surface of Durahold superbly grips your area rug. For the pad to fit nicely, we suggest you measure across the center of your area rug. When measuring from one fringe side to the other, do not include the selvage or fringes in your measurements.
